Start with curiosity
Learning sticks when it starts with a question. We meet students where their interest lives and grow from there.
Our story
Classrooms to Careers is a youth-led social enterprise built on a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. We close that gap with practical, confidence-building experiences offered completely free of cost.

We believe a young person’s future shouldn’t depend on their zip code, their network, or luck. It should depend on support, curiosity, and a chance to try.
Learning sticks when it starts with a question. We meet students where their interest lives and grow from there.
Our programs are free, welcoming, and built so that every young person feels they have a place at the table.
We teach skills that matter through real projects, real mentors, and real moments of growth.
CTC is founded with a single belief: students deserve to understand who they are before they're asked to choose what they'll become.
The team creates a detailed, sustainable operational plan covering curriculum design, outreach strategy, and long-term vision for the program.
The team reaches out to over 50 elementary and middle school counselors and connects with over 30 professionals across various industries.
Every piece of content is created in-house: games, activities, slideshows, and lesson plans. The team rehearses, tests, collects feedback, and refines.
CTC executes its first 5-day workshop, reaching over 100 students with 20 students per session, every single day.
CTC qualifies for the International Career Development Conference, validating the program on a national competitive stage.
The team competes at ICDC, representing CTC and everything it stands for on one of DECA's biggest stages.
CTC begins designing a bold new program model: broader, deeper, and built to scale across more schools, students, and cities.
CTC begins reaching out to school counselors, city council members, and university professors to build institutional partnerships.

The people behind it
Classrooms to Careers is built by students who wanted to give other young people the head start they wished they’d had. They design the lessons, lead the workshops, and show up every week.
